Where we ship

We ship from the USA. Domestic orders ship anywhere in the United States; we also ship internationally to most of North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific with carrier-calculated rates shown at checkout.

Processing time

Everything is poured, labeled, and packed by hand in small batches. Orders typically leave the den within 2–3 business days. During a fresh batch drop, give us a moment — small batch means count-it-by-hand small.

Shipping options (US)

Standard Shipping — $8 · 5–8 business days. Free on orders of $70 or more.
Priority / Express — $15 · 3–5 business days.

International rates are calculated by the carrier at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates — carriers gonna carrier. You'll get a tracking number the moment your order leaves the den.

If something goes wrong in transit

Risk of loss passes to you when the package is handed to the carrier — but if your order arrives broken or leaking, or goes missing on the trail, contact support@tamethewook.com and we'll make it right.
